VEUVE CLICQUOT VINTAGE,
“A VOYAGE THROUGHT THE SENSES”, TOKYO

This promotion event for vintage champagne was held at the Tokyo National Museum. Candles set up outside around the pond created a French atmosphere. As we pass in through the green entrance from the outside, which has been given an underlying tone of Veuve Clicquot yellow, the “Journey” to a different world is expressed by moving through gradations to blue, like heading toward the deep blue sea. At the time of the gala recital at the middle stage of the event, light was projected so that it wrapped around the hall with bubbles of champagne and this effect served to create a mood of festivity. In this project, I experienced the tremendous capability of light to create the extraordinary.
