Bateau Mouche is a long-standing company operating scenic-tour boats on the river Seine, one of the highlights of sightseeing activities in Paris. To commemorate its 60th Anniversary, the company entirely renovated their boat decks. Invited guests gathered, and a large party was held. I prepared for both a permanent light-up for a futuristic building and the lighting scenario for the event in parallel. On the day, six search lights were lined up on a roof to symbolize the candles of a birthday cake. I also organized special equipment that would enable the production of colorful and dynamic lighting effects, like adorning the party with bouquets of flowers.
