In Madrid, Alfredo Munoz-Herrero and Akari-Lisa Ishii designed the private house of a famous soccer player. Imagine a magnificent residence with different geometrical spaces popping out here and there, growing in size and color, accordingly with sometimes atypical needs of the client (office, guest rooms, play area, meditation rooms, gym, spa, party areas and lounges.
The contribution of light is significant in such an assembly. The designer Akari-Lisa Ishii highlighted this architectural concept while maintaining soft, and discreet lighting solutions. It is melted in the design, but if you look carefully, we find many integration of light details in the architecture. Each piece was treated differently, whether indoors or outdoors, so the light expresses the identity of each space.
