Undergoing since 2005 and located near the airport and the economic hub of Grand Roissy, this eco-district in Val d'Oise is a priority site defined by the government for new housing strategy in Greater Paris, with a major objective of 3,340 dwellings (to double the population) on 11.5 ha by 2028. 7,000 m² of retails, a school and a nursery would guarantee the multi-functionality of the ecological urban life.
For the complex public lighting of this huge land under construction, we established a precise master plan, based on detailed studies. We follow the progress of the construction section by section, adjust the equipments, check the settings ... to shed light on what is necessary, but not on the side. Some public places is planned to enjoy a kaleidoscope of pastel lights and shadow play.
