Akari-Lisa Ishii and Motoko Ishii were invited for the 7th consecutive year by the organizers of the Maison & Objet fair to create an Official Exhibition about light trends, a sensorial voyage of lights, mixture of artistic expressions and cutting-edge lighting technologies. A double vision that comes from the multicultural contribution of techniques and design.
The latest trends and international high-end manufacturers of not only lighting products but also materials, furniture, objects etc. allied to the light were presented in our stand.
For 2019, the exhibition featured the theme "Let's work together" and created this year a dedicated space called WORK! As the designers' exhibition was located proximity, the theme of Light Trend 2019 came naturally: "In progress;)". Indeed, as the relation between Work and Home is evolving quickly today, the design trends of residence and office mingle. Our WORK is IN PROGRESS ; )
This year, the exhibition imagined a Parisian home office apartment where innovative, smart and human-centric lighting answers to the new needs. Various tips, advices, designs were proposed to many visitors to live this multifunctionality.
