Studios Architecture requested I.C.O.N., once again, to assist them in the lighting of EY Experience Lab. Alongside the architects, the lighting designers helped to create a graphic and pure light that emphasizes their design, while remaining suitable for everyday working functions.
The intervention was located in different spaces on a floor of the building: alcove, open space, offices, reception hall, circular corridor..., work spaces but also meetings, visible from employees but also clients, visitors etc. ; thus spaces with different targets.
For the offices, a uniform and soft light was aimed to work in all quietude. For the reception, the straight corridors and the circular corridor, the lighting is more graphic, it underlines the architecture and values the company. The light also indicates the direction to follow...
On the walls, special attention was paid to the coexistence of multiple IT screens with brainstorming white boards. The light had to illuminate the scriptures without disturbing the visibility.
